House/Whoniverse
While when thinking of Whoniverse Crossovers, I ordinarily would not consider a show like House, as something that could be crossed with anything Who related. The shows have very little in common, but several authors have come up with well done ways of crossing the two and making them interesting.
One I really love is this Torchwood/House crossover, by ninefics.

This particular author handles it very well, while studying in Cardiff, a Princeton student picks up a cloaking device which makes him sick. This causes Owen and Jack to make a quick trip to Princeton Plainsbourough Hospital to retrieve the device.
The author's House characterization is spot on, and she comes very close to making Owen likable. Also this fic has a beautifully done twist ending which is open to speculation.
Another well done one is Familiarity by Kesomon. This House crossover crosses a different aspect of the Whoniverse, Classic Who. Ex companion Tegan meets Chase, who bares a striking resemblance to an old friend. This chance meeting brings back happy memories for her.
