Possible Amy Vincent and the Doctor Coat Alt?
Hello, all! My first post after lurking for a while! I'm a relatively new Amy cosplayer, and have enjoyed all of the posts in this community!
I've been looking for a teal alt coat since the Jaspar Conran coat has been impossible to find for ages, and I stumbled upon this at Target the other day:

The collar is all wrong, but it's a pretty good match for the color, and if you're crafty and change the buttons, wear it open, cover it with the scarf etc, or aren't trying to be :too: screen-accurate, it might do!
I grabbed myself one to play with, and I hope it helps someone else out!
