Donna Noble - "Journey's End" dress help
Hey all! I just got my dress off ebay & wanted some help with it. It's a simple grey scoop neckline dress, but the sleeves are not bell-shaped. Anyone have any tricks & sewing advice on how to make them like that?

I'm cutting it close to Chicago TARDIS, but I only need the coat & the purple tank!
