OPA Tuesday, August 21, 2012 breakfast - 1 cup regular Cheerios with 2% milk and blueberries; 2 cups coffee lunch - salad (leaf lettuce, tomato, mandarin oranges, slivered almonds with raspberry vinaigrette dressing, one slice nutty oat toast with soft butter and strawberry jelly dinner - mac and cheese (box mix, about half); one glass grapefruit juice and one peanut butter sandwich girl scout cookie snack - one fudge bar (40 calories)
activity walk around the block twice, 40 minutes on the exercise bike
commentary As you can tell by the mac and cheese I'm still cleaning things out - some are a bit old but not too bad and it's not like those expiration dates are rock solid anyway (in most cases). I'm hoping sometime by the middle of next month all my older stuff will be used up. Though I do have a bag of rice that may take a while - may have to do some stir fries over rice to use it up. It is brown rice rather than white but it's been here for a while... :/ Don't ya hate it when things get lost in the back of the fridge, freezer or pantry?
