breakfast - 1 cup regular Cheerios with fat free milk and blueberries; 2 1/2 cups coffee
lunch - leaf lettuce with tomatos and scope of tuna salad
dinner - pineapple/peach smoothie with one cup of French vanilla yogurt
snack - 1/4 cup by volume of sunflower seeds in the shell, might have some grapes tonight, too
activity
walk around the block, 20 minutes on the exercise bike
commentary
I am still in the process of cleaning out my fridge/freezer/pantry so some of my meals in the next few days may be a bit bizarre as I combine odd things to finish them. Still trying to get more fruits and veggies in my diet since that's important. I have a bag of butternut squash in the freezer (from Whole Foods) and a Steamfresh bag of veggies. I'd like to try sticking more with fresh. Though the last time I bought a bag of brocolli florets I ate some for about 4-5 days and still had to find a way to use up the rest! Might have to see if smaller quantities are available!
