It's time once again for Operation Phat Ass, affectionately known as OPA. Are you trying to eat healthier? Are you trying to exercise and get or stay fit? Come join us as we record our progress, get encouraging support, keep track of how we're doing.
My food situation today is rather strange because I'm leaving tomorrow for Florida and am clearing out the leftovers. So far today I've had:
A bowl of Cranberry Almond Crunch with fat free milk; three cups of coffee with fat free milk; cup of raspberry yogurt; salad with green leaf lettuce, mandarin oranges, almonds and light lime vinegrette dressing, and a couple of baby carrots. I'm going to have to finish the rest of the mandarin oranges, so I'll be having another serving and a half of that, and I'm going to make a chocolate malt with fat free milk, Breyers vanilla ice cream and Ovaltine chocolate malt. And maybe I'll have another cup of yogurt (what I don't finish has to come with). I'll have to do some time on the exercise bike yet, but I have to finish packing first! I'll try to check in later with the rest of the food/exercise info.
