Medical issues
So the bone specialist says my MRI shows I have a few herniated discs and a few buldged discs and some pinched nerves more on the right side of my body than the left. which makes sense considering where my pains are. They said it's mostly in the vertebrae in the neck where my occipital muscles are. Which also makes sense and probably contributes to the headaches. The options for treatments are massage which I already get. The injections they give me here already which goes into the muscles. There are deeper injections which they dont do here which goes directly into the pinched nerves. And then surgery which isnt super necessary yet, but it is an option. Where they would cut out parts of the bulged areas.
For right now I'm going to go with regular injections they do here and stick with the massage as much as I can. But I asked for a referral for the doctors that do the deeper injections.
