After seeing the movie, I must say that this one was definitely not for the children. It was creepy, had oodles of subtleties and was incredibly well done. The only let down was the boat scene...In the original movie, the boat scene was pretty much the height of freak factor for the flick...Not so much in this one. However, the rest of the movie's creepiness more than made up for that.
