On a whim, I felt like updating.
I'm listening to Ray J's "Sexy Can I" - a song that makes me really want to dance.
Oftentimes I do in my room, haha.
My neighborhood is quite ghetto, and I sometimes see little kids in the front lawn practicing dance moves. I want to come up and ask if they could teach me too, hehe.
Chris Brown's "Forever" just started playing now - another awesome dance song.
I'm about to go to Crab Zone in Stockton to try it out. I'm a bit worried that yelp reviews gave it mainly 2/5 stars...
Tomorrow morning, a significant portion of my life will be dedicated to the new MMORPG "Age of Conan." I wish I caught up a little more on studying - I think I'll drink lotsa viet coffee and study a lot tonight =)
Tomorrow is also graduation for the pharmacy kids. I've decided I don't do text messages anymore. If someone texts me to ask if I'm coming out, I don't go. That's what happened last night, but I figured I wouldn't be missed much anyway. If someone really wanted to know where I was, and if I was coming, they'd call.
Hehe, but I won't miss graduation cause that's their day.
I was supposed to get a new activation code for Windows XP because I used a new mobo. The first time I called, I dropped that I built a new system, and the Indian guy told me that it was non-transferable, and he couldn't help me.
So I went to Best Buy to buy Windows Vista for $330. I was pretty pissy. Came back and tried to boot from the dvd, but it didn't happen. Got more frustrated and called microsoft again to try to get an activation code so that I could at least get into XP to install the Vista. Went smoothly and I got a code. Then I realized I probably could have just kept the XP and not wasted $300 on Vista... but I can't return it to Best Buy since I opened it. And the bitch on the line had said "uh, hold on" then tried to put me on hold forever so that I would hang up, then finally hung up on me. Stealthy! Not. I wanted to go get her fired. The right way to do it is to let the manager deal with me. But oh well, maybe she was having a bad day.
Plus, I guess I might as well upgrade to Vista 64bit so I could utilize 8 gigs of Ram (lol, I have 4, but I just bought another 4) and witness the greatness of DX10. Also got a 22" monitor from Fry's that is $150 after rebate.
Now, Filo and Peri's "Anthem" just came on. It was the song of "Together as One" last year (or the year before) I think. It makes me happy, hehe. And also excited about Popsicle next weekend!
My good friend is getting married next April. Yay, I get to be a groomsman! Reminds me of how I missed the honor of being best man for another buddy when I was studying abroad in Tokyo.
I started a new K drama called "Wonderful Life," based on Ced's recommendation. Good fucking pick. I love it, though it pisses me off sometimes at the bitchiness one of the female leads displays. Argh.
Oh, finally, on a interesting, funny note. There was a girl whose number I got at a coffee shop . She was working there, and she flirted a little, so I eventually got her number. I think I may have mentioned it in a previous post. Anyway, I texted her every month or so to see if she was single (cause I had gotten her number when she was seeing someone). Anyway, 2 weeks ago, I try again, asking "hey, can I ask you out yet? Or is it bad timing again?" She respond "the worst timing. I'm engaged."
Wow.
But I was happy that she bothered to respond because there have been many times a girl just gave me the cold shoulder or thought they could get away with pretending they didn't get my text. And some have the audacity to later on ask me for a favor, pretending like they never ignored me... sigh.
I'm still forgetting to include God in my life more =/
