I know how to loose weight, but I don't do it. Loosing weight has been something that I have been dealing with since 3rd grade. Now that my body is falling apart it is very hard for me to exersice.
1)To start, you must have a healthy diet, eleminating fast food is a very good step, and considering you like more foods than just Big Burger like I do, this should be easy for you......
...Figure out what foods that you like that are healthy, and witch ones are OK, and witch ones are bad.
The idea behind weight loss is to burn more calories than you intake. People also think that starving themselves is a good idea, but it is the worst idea, after you loose all that weight your body thinks it is diying so when you eat it will store fat twice as bad.
The key is to eat more not to gourge like I do but to eat many small meals. Keep breakfast to a bowl of cereal, or maybe some healty eggs and other good stuff. Then around 10:00 have a thing of yourgt (yourgt is good at fighting fat) then at lunch or 12:00 have a ( ... )
