Hot DAMN what a weekend! Writing from the airport/plane on my way home now. It's weird because I literally cannot remember the last time I traveled alone.

Washington DC is really incredible. I don't consider myself particularly patriotic but I do have an intense respect and appreciation for history and this is definitely a city full of it.

The site is separated into two sections -- one side for gay experience stories and another for straight supporters. I had mixed feelings in brainchilding the site on this division, but ultimately my hope is that it can be used as a tool for opening discussion with opponents. ( Read more... )

On language: I've noticed, much to my amusement, that on the internets, tacking the word 'fag' on the end of random words has become common practice. Artfag, writefag, namefag, etc. Wouldn't it be awesome if that traversed from the internet to the real world and in 60-100 years from now it became common usage for 'person ( Read more... )
