I've never been to Incarnation. Sounds like one that I should check out sometime! The only non-Roman Catholic church I've been to is a small Byzantine church a bit west of Orlando.
Pippa is such a good age for Disney! I look forward to hearing about Animal Kingdom because that's my favorite Disney park.
Wow, I didn't know there was an Anglican Use parish in Orlando! I was there at the beginning of March for a swing dance weekend, and my friends and I accidentally discovered a lovely parish that happened to be closest to where we were staying (I believe it was St. Joseph's.) Mass was great, there was a huge organ, and there was even an altar rail. I went to my first Anglican Use Mass at Our Lady of the Atonement in San Antonio a couple of years ago, and I really enjoyed it. I think it was the most beautiful Mass in English I've ever been to.
