oh year of little faith
So the Year of Faith started about two weeks ago and I'm only just now getting around to actually trying to think of maybe something to y'know... do.
I just signed up for the Read the Catechism in a Year email digest.
I found this cool Catholic bible in a year page which does the entire bible but doesn't do it from Genesis to Revelation, but rather starts in Advent and matches the bible content thematically to the liturgical year. I strive to live liturgically so this is right up my street.
I also want to try, baby steps, to do at least one part of the Divine Office per day. I have the Universalis app on my phone, and I can easily do the other things from my phone as well, so this will be a great way to make productive use of all the time I spend on public transit.
Now I will probably mess this up. But as a wise dinosaur once said, failure is just success rounded down. *nods sagely*
