Hey everyone! So I finally did it again... I joined a gym over the weekend. I have only been twice but I already feel much better just knowing that I'm trying to make a difference. I have become 275lbs at my heaviest... I plan to be down to near 225lbs by the end of the subscription (It's 4 months) I figure that 12 lbs a month is reasonable especially considering that most of it should melt off... Now I'm going to be making a new diet. I dont think it's going to be a super strict diet... Just basically cut my calories. I won't focus too much on carb/protein/fat ratio etc... I mean, I will stay low carbs butm I'm not ging to count. I just won't eat brea (which I dont like anyways) But anyways... I will try and take some photos to keep you guys updated... In other news I am finally going to see a doctor at the beginning of june. I havnt seen one in probably over a year (except visits to the emergency room) and I want to get everything checked out. I want to find out about my sleep, my wrist has been hurting... I have a growth on my lip that i think is a skin tag... anyways, otherwise I just want to get a physical i guess and some blood tests... huge hugs all around;) I will post again soon...
