Well... today's the day. Today, 2 years ago, I woke up to a broken-down building and two moons in the sky. It seems like so long ago, now.

It's strange to know I have a birthday.

It shouldn't be. Everyone has a birthday, regardless of how they come into existence.

I've just never had one before. I guess... I'm excited!

You've been here for two years and yet you never celebrated a birthday? We cannot have that!

Well, I've never celebrated a birthday ever... I never knew when I was, er, "born".

That doesn't mean you can't pick a birthday for yourself, though.

And I did! I mean... for this. And coming here was kind of like becoming a new person.

Hmmhm. And as long as it's a meaningful occasion, it's worth celebrating, isn't it?

I guess so... it just makes me happy to have something worth celebrating. I don't usually get a lot of those.

That's all the more reason for Namine-chan to throw a big party this time around!

I'm not sure! America's baking me... er, something today, I know that much.
