Two memes for the price of one!
Both of these I got from kazie_komikcat
First, a short character/fan meme. Basically a set of questions about a character. I got Shikamaru:
1. Do you like this character?
I... dunno. I mean, I used to like him and it's not that I dislike him now. It's just that whenever he comes on-panel, I tend to just sort of wait for him to leave.
2. What name/s do you call this character?
Shikamaru.
3. What image-color do you associate with this character?
Olive green.
4. What image-song do you associate with character?
Can't honestly say that I associate him with a song. I don't have particularly musical thinking, I'm afraid.
5. What blood-type do you think this character is?
Let's see. O is outgoing and self-confident; A is outwardly calm but inwardly nervous due to perfectionism; B is goal-oriented and individual; AB is a mixed bag. I think. Um... I'll go with AB, I guess, just because it goes any direction.
6. What character do you like to put this character with?
... Huh. My first reaction was actually "I don't" but that's not really true. I like pairing him with Sakura and Kiba and occasionally Temari and Lee. Er, or I used to, anyway. What a very strange spot I've found myself in.
7. What would you want to say to this character?
Um... I can't think of anything I would want to say to him actually. Except maybe ask how his hair does that, but I'd rather ask Iruka.
8. Which do you want to do with this character: Shake hands, hug, or kiss?
Shake hands.

: For those not in the know, this stunning gentleman is TV's Craig Ferguson. Best known as Mr. Wick on The Drew Carey Show, I know him best as the host of my favorite late-night talk show. In this pic, he's pretending to scream along with a sound effect. He used to do that quite often when he still had his sound box. I kinda miss it, really :( Anyway, I cropped this baby up when something on fanficrants (I think) triggered a similar reaction to the one depicted.
: My first and only femslash icon, made because I wanted a femslash icon. Or maybe just a SakuHina icon, I can't really remember. Anyway, another one I made. This one isn't just a crop job either, though it might look like one at first glance. I'm actually sort of iffy about this one just because it looks so very cranky...
: Indeed! I went hunting for original recipe Trek icons and found a lot of beauties, such as the base of this icon here. I was split on whether to use it for a "LOL" icon or a "SQUEE!" icon, but had an idea for a different "LOL" so went with "SQUEE!" Ironically, I never got/made that other "LOL" icon.
: Yet another toss-up of sorts. I wanted a Pushing Daisies icon something fierce but wasn't sure if I wanted a positive or negative sentiment. I decided to sniff around for either a laughing Olive or laughing Emerson icon, and if I couldn't find one I liked I was going to find an "Oh, HELL no!" Emerson. Obviously, I found one that I liked.
: I wasn't looking for anything with this one. It was just too adorable to pass up ♥
