I wish I could remember my dream better. It was... somethin'. xD I do recall that there was a woman of the supernatrual persuasion. She was probably centuries old, but most times she only looked about 30. Very cold features, horrible temper. I don't remember what she was, but she was ruthlessly powerful and habitually murdered whoever she came across. One young woman had her entire family killed by the witch, and only survived because she was able to trick her into thinking she was dead. The culture in the dream buried their dead in a very particular way, with a blanket smoothed over the corpse's body and the head half-buried in dirt, so the girl mimicked that and was able to get away. But eventually, the evil woman came 'round again. This time there were several other people there, so it was chaos trying to get away from her. There wasn't enough time to fake a burial, so everyone was running around the house and the woods (some weird things happened in the woods- I faintly recall a dark house with... I dunno, things inside). I think when they finally reached the marshlands- the ones that used to be behind Mr. Peterson's house, no less- there were only two or three of them left. The marshland was basically holy ground for some reason or other, and if they could make it over the fence (which was a lot taller that it was in real life), they'd be safe from her. So the girl and the guy begin climbing, but the witch reaches for the girl. The guy tries to save her, but the witch grabs him by the hair, instead, and pulls him off of the fence, then proceeds to greviously wound him. But somehow he makes it into the marsh, although he's fatally hurt. I can't really remember what happened next. One of the creatures swallows him or pulls him down to the bottom of the water. The girl is worried, but the great amphibian/plant-thing tells her not to worry; he's healing. So she sits there in the marsh, which is filled with many strange, wonderful, and unfailingly slimy creatures, and waits. There were two salamander-like creatures about half the size of a canoe that darted back and forth the length of the marsh playing some kind of game. They were dark, almost black, andhad red, yellow, and black geometric patters formed from lines on their backs. The girls could feel a myriad of amphibians brushing against her legs when she swam, so full of creatures was the marsh. Cloud eventually came back looking more handsome than ever. xD One of his arms was different- not quite human anymore- and the witch's power over him was less than it was, although I think he still wasn't completely impervious to it. And that's all I recall. Mwah. <3
