holidays: officially over.
uni: officially back.
days spent at uni: not really affected. >.<'
Did have the shining light of Laura and Aean's wedding, which was awesome, though sad i didn't get to hang around at the reception and chat to Demelza! :) (the boy doesn't like crowds... >.<')
everything was gorgeous, gorgeous, and i've been told on more than one occasion in the last couple of days to "stop thinking about weddings" :P (i can't help it! i want one now more than ever! lol)
am still working on my lit review, in more boring news... have it all structured now, i just need to actually *write* it... (i think i've put it off for about as long as i can. i need to take the plunge! also, i need to stop putting things in parentheses.)
also: the only thing that can get the "boom de yada" discovery channel ad out of my head is this song, because this was there first. i'vedecided i love music with cello, clinky piano and haunting singing. (read: The Veils, Eisley, and Rasputina) also, found Eisley's album Combinations at real groovy last week - first cd i've bought in months. and i seem to have a trend with Eisley - both my cds have a gold "this cd is not for resale" blah blah stamp on the front, meaning they're samples that went to radio stations or stores, i think. hey, i'm not complaining. :P
also, i like longer skirts a lot right now. like, mid-calf. which probably makes me look even shorter, but meh.
WAHHH MY RED BOOTS HAVE AN INTERNAL RIP. :( the lining has ripped at the heel inside the left boot... :( they're a little big on my (i'm a funny size) so the creased a little at the heel... which much have made it rub too much or something. :( so now i'm going to have to get them fixed... but i don't really have anything else i can wear to work, especially as it's meant to rain this week, so i think i'm still going to have to wear them and hope they don't tear more. :'( they're red slouchy (my legs are fat therefore = slouch XD) leather boots, completely flat and super comfy. and second-hand, so irreplacable. :/ BAH.
should also be getting lots of clothings off trademe this week. skirt and hoodie and hopefully some other stuff.

though right now i should go get into bed ready to watch the daily show, as i have to get up at fuckoff o'clock tomorrow to write this fucking review. -_-'
