I had a pretty decent weekend. I did 5 loads of laundry and straightened up the house. I got the massage license application completed. However, I didn't get to go to the Amar Gamal workshop. I had to take a sick cat to the vet instead.
It was Ki sick again with more kidney stones and cystitis. I noticed him straining to urinate on Friday morning. He was making some water, so I didn't take him in, but just called the vet, who fixed up some of the same medication for me to pick up. I didn't get to the vet on Friday. I could have, but I was running around and forgot about it. Oh, the guilt.
By the time I picked up the meds on Saturday morning, Ki couldn't urinate at all. I gave him the one that was supposed to relax him and make it easier for him to pee, but it didn't work. Poor thing. He was so unhappy.
I ended up taking him to the vet. He stayed there all weekend. He's still there; I can pick him up tomorrow morning. That cat is turning out to be a pretty expensive animal. At least he's okay.
