Corpse Bride, Via Colori, and spiders
unnamed525 and I went to see The Corpse Bride last night. It was funny and cute. I definitely laughed out loud a few times. The animation was good. (I love the Corpse Bride's dress, too. Waaaaant!) It's pretty dark for a kid's movie, not that I personally mind dark. Overall I'd say it's good, but not great. I give it 3 out of 5 stars. See it at a dollar theater.
Sunday we went to see Via Colori. It was the first time for both of us. There was some amazing artwork to be seen. We got to see benarian's awesome art, too. It was cool.
I guess because of the cooling temperatures, and maybe the recent rain, too, my house has been invaded by what I think are wolf spiders. They are black, about 2 centimeters in length, and all over the place. I'm afraid to walk barefoot in the dark now; I'm afraid I'll step on one in the dark and it will bite me. I like spiders because they eat other bugs. But right now there are just a few too many of them in my house.
