Mission Accomplished!
This weekend I:
- Hooked my stereo up (see previous post :)
- Put away all my cd's, tapes, and LP's
- Unpacked and shelved the rest of my books. (I think it was about 6 or 8 boxes!)
- Found my favorite tarot deck - (a week too late to use at the party I read at last weekend)
- Unpacked and put away the last of the kitchen things
- Cleared the desk area (this mostly consisted of stuffing papers in drawers, but it is out of sight, at least!)
- Unpacked and organized my collection of belts, scarves, and purses (a well-dressed Sydney is a happy Sydney)
-Cleared the half-unpacked boxes from the bedroom floor (Now I can actually walk across the room!)
There is now a stack of broken-down boxes 8 inches high in the middle of my kitchen floor. I had no idea I still had so many boxes to unpack!
I celebrated my hard work by...shopping! I bought two floor lamps and one table lamp. Then only room with overhead lighting is the kitchen/dining room. Now I can see to find my clothes in the dark mornings!
