Closing day

I have a cashier's check in hand and I'm about to head to the title company. I had plenty of money to cover the downpayment, and I still have a couple of thousand in the bank.

I went to bed early last night and got a good night's sleep. I feel rested and ready. I've been doing my finger exercises to warm up my hand in readiness to sign. And sign. And sign.

I'm excited!
