Skience, especially, is extra useful, ohoho. But that's fine! The Master is one of the only people I think would be capable of it at all (since in my mind, Dietrich and the Master are roughly equal in terms of intelligence). If Dietrich saw him distributing it to anyone that Dietrich particularly cared about not being "cured" he'd step in and be like NO BITCH. But that's totally fine.
If the Master asked right now, Dietrich would lie and say it's impossible. Dietrich does like the Master and respects him more than the average puppet/person, but not enough to give away what Dietrich considers his life's work. Even if he's only 21, whatever, he's very proud of them. However! If in a few months time/more time to develop character relations, I could foresee Dietrich instructing him.
Which, on a tangent, is interesting in that it's possible at all. In canon, the only people Dietrich *truly* respects are Cain and Isaak. And anywhere I've played Dietrich, there's never been anyone in that same group. CONGRATULATIONS MASTER, Dietrich doesn't think you're a complete, useless idiot.
