Volume 8 translation

Hello, this is going to sound lame but I've done some translations for durarara's volume 8 light novel and I wanted to post it but I'm a real nub when it comes to the internet.

I wanted to know if I needed a license or something for translations? I won't get sued right?

Also, I need a beta if anyone's willing. 
And someone who possibly knows chinese for a few sentences I'm having trouble with?
