Let's get back to the old-fashioned posting of test results
Since taking online tests like this was a common theme of the good old Internet days. Except this one isn't for fun, but actually done in all seriousness as part of an job application. The first time I've been asked to do that. I knew my old habit of wasting time on those online tests would come in handy some day! (Actually, I didn't...)
I'm a Developer-Grounder ("Grounder" maybe should be foundation-something...) it seems.
And a quick and dirty translation:
"This candidate is usually creative, independent, innovative and flexible when it comes to rules and limits. An idea-rich person who creates change but at the same time is a structured, detail- and safety-oriented man of method. Since focus is in the developer field, one can expect that the person, especially under pressure, leans more toward a flexible, creative and independent method of work than toward the more regulation and safety-oriented way to be."
(The labels on the four colours are "Integrator focus" (blue), "Developer focus" (green), "Grounding focus" (white), and "Creating-result-focus" (red). And no, that's most likely not the correct translations, but I have no skill in buzzword translation.)
