Okay, so I got Singularity running again on Sunday. To bring him back on the road, we're looking at:

$551 Insurance (Up front)
$50 Registry Fee
$41 Registration Fee
$29 Inspection Fee
-----
$671 Total

And that assumes that there are no inspection-breaking problems.
