Bad news: I'm so broke that if workhouses still existed and I were a bit younger, I'd be playing Oliver Twist already.
Neutral news: I'll be doing simultaneous interpretation at a couple of conferences. Never done SI before, only CI. I'm pretending I "ain't bovvered", but this is a big deal. Fortunately, they pay for it like it's a big deal too. So, root for me, dearies; yours truly might soon start a nuclear war by accident.
