I used to think London was depressing in winter, but lately I've been finding myself thinking back to it more and more often. Which is why I'm going back to England in a couple of days, to be back in spring for my planned trip to the Altai if I happen to find the bloody money. The way things are going for me, it'll probably be bloody in the most literal sense.
I spent my birthday watching the protest rallies reports because V, for some insane patriotic reason, decided to take part in one of them. The next day my laptop died on me, this time for good, and I decided not to buy another one until I get back to London. I don't feel like carrying extra luggage.
