Pictures? I remember that I liked the song at once when I first heard it, and the monotony in it never seemed to me tiresome in any way, more like relaxing ^) It never even occured to me that it could be tiresome. It flows very well, even though the pattern is not ubercomplicated)

What I find relaxing is Brian's voice. ;) I'm not so sure I'd have liked this song as much if there had been some other vocalist. But then, you never know.
