(no subject)
so here i am, all moved back into my apartment where my heat is turned up to "85 degrees" and i'm still freezing..
my computer problem was finally resolved last night; i had to do a whole system restore, which of course resulted in losing everything i've ever saved onto my computer. although this ordeal was quite traumatic to me, at least i can say i learned a lesson and will definitely be saving to disks from now on.
i feel i should mention that last wednesday was one of the most magical days of my life! it marked the first year of my life to be spent with the ever-wonderful, marcia ann miller. she got me a beautiful white gold ring! i was so shocked because i'd never expect something so nice from some one..wow. it gets better! she took me on a surprise trip to DISNEY ON ICE, which was so good that i had tears in my eyes the whole time. i wish i could figure skate!
classes are going as good as they can be. my latin teacher is about 75 years old and he makes me laugh harder than anyone possibly could at 9:30 in the morning. then i move on to classical music, which is obviously as boring as the name implies, but at least i have my side kick laura taking it with me. at 1:30 i've got experimental psychology with another very funny teacher, dr. putnam, and at 2:30 is abnormal psychology. thursday nights i have a three hour religion class (OUCH!) called "the feminine role in religion" with quite a loony professor, mrs. ash, who talks to us like we're in kindergarten. i'm not complaining though; hopefully she will grade us in the same fashion.
