Biography:
Chat is a pirate who acts alone and lived in her hut in Celestia. She was first seen after Reid with his companion cleared the Gnome Cave and managed escape from her tricky hut. On their first encounter with Chat, her appearance mistook Reid that she looked like a little boy. Soon after she told him not to be rude by judging her appearance and different sex, everyone surprised that she actually a girl.
She owns a ship named Van Eltia, which given from her descendant of the great and honorable pirate, Aifread. Aifread once traveled around the both world, Infernia and Celestia with Van Eltia. This is how Aifread became a legend and he left Chat to seek his one of the Seven Treasures of Celestia, Legacy of Aifread. She wears a pirate hat which belongs to Aifread.
To seek the treasure, Chat needs some crew mates to help her out. Meanwhile, Reid and his companion needed a ship to travel to Peruti. Then Chat decided, if they wanted travel by her ship, they must join her as the crew of Van Eltia. Reid and the others agreed and Chat became the fifth member to join along their journey.

Personality:
Although Chat is a young girl, she kept her policy as a pirate for generations. She is bossy sometimes, if she's a captain, the crews need to respect her and use proper response in pirate style. But when she keep ties on the person for a long time, she will acts like a friend of hers because she's been lived twelve years without connection of outsiders.
Surprisingly, Chat isn't obsessed with gald and treasures unlike the regular pirates. Instead, she is machine maniac. This shown when Max discussed about upgrading Van Eltia and Chat agreed without hesitation. In battles, Chat will keep safe and mostly uses her bag and signature skill 'Pikohan' or known as 'Pow Hammer' because she told that she was too young to face the risk.
Her weakness is animals. Either they are adorable or wild, she still hate animals. It is because they annoy her and their long furs, especially when they mess up in her ship. Chat will cry and beg them to leave the ship alone.

Auch, that was really strong pressure. Good thing I've returned to ship before they could do anything worse. Hmm? Since when there's a roo- Whoah! So huge! I never saw such a huge tree in Celestia for my entire life! What a splendid discovery!

Oh no, what should I do? Without Van Eltia, I have nowhere to go by sea. Forgive me, my great-grandfather. I didn't keep Van Eltia safely.
That's right! My crews must be around somewhere instead of me. Reid! Farah! ..Keele! ...Meredy. ...Max? They weren't here either, were they? Well, I shall observe this place on foot. I might encounter with Van Eltia somehow.
