So, it unfolds
So here is the list of things I have come up with for him being wrong,
1. Passing on the Right.
2. Driving in a bike lane.
3. Avoiding a colision. Your suppost to take it, if you avoid it you would then cause another one.
4. Speeding. Why did he need to turn to avoid hitting me from behind? I was at a stop in the turn lane before it turned green, so I wasn't going very fast. He must have sped up to get past the light while it was a yellow so he doesnt get nailed for a red.
5. He did not honk at me to verify of upcoming danger. (not sure if thats a real thing)
6. Wreckless driving.
Here is what I can think of myself for being in the wrong,
1. Did not use right turn signal to verify right turn.
If after all of that, the simple fact of my blinker instantly puts me at 100% fault, then fuck the system. If you can think of anything else that either of us have done wrong please tell me. And don't try to defend me just because you know me, unbaised.
