I want some new music to listen to! The music meme and stuff has put me on a spree, but I've gotten stuck in a rut.

If you haven't gotten into RENT, you should. It's my favorite musical of all time, and NPH actually played my favorite character back in 1997.

Um, other things...
"23" by Jimmy Eat World is a beautiful song. "The Boy Who Blocked His Own Shot" by Brand New is also one of my favorites. If you download that one, go ahead and listen to all of the album Deja Entendu. It's amazing.

One of my friends loves Wicked, but I have only heard a couple of the songs. I think I will finally take the chance to look the rest up, hahahah.

Um. I'm not that familiar with most of the bands that you've mentioned, but uh. I am a huge fan of the band Stars. I think if you like having other instruments than drums, guitars, keyboard, and bass, the album Set Yourself on Fire might be a bit more likable for you.

The Go! Team is a mainly instrumental band, which I think has some pretty catchy tunes.

And uh. If you haven't heard of them already, there's the Japanese Oreskaband. I think they've become a bit popular lately..?
