YAY
Just finished taking the GRE... it actually went pretty well :-) This makes me happy. They give you your verbal and quantitative scores right away so the only score left is from my 2 essays. I did 90 points better than on the practice test I took, so that's good. yup, I am excited... that was my last big obstacle before the Hawaii trip... now I just have to write a short paper, take a psych exam, and get through my classes this week... then I am freeeeeee! woooo.
In other news... it was crazy on campus yesterday. Some guy drove in an SUV into the center of campus (the Pit) where everyone gathers during lunch time... and floored it, aiming to run people down. He hit 9 people and 6 people had to be treated in the hospital. Luckily, no one died. Turned out, it was an act of terrorism and the guy was actually trying to kill people. He was angry at how Muslims are being treated around the world. Things like this scare me.
Well I am about to leave Raleigh and go back to Chapel Hill. Go Heels! Beat Dook!
