Recap of my life:
The weekend that should’ve been spent in STL, but got screwed over because megabus officially sucks, wasn't horrible. Joe and I spent the weekend at the dorm since he couldn’t go home and give his sister the satisfaction of i-told-you-so’s. So he had a good vacation here. Plus my mom won $100 betting on the superbowl so the bus money was regained and we broke even.
I didn’t fail my science quiz, I got a D+/C-…. Plus I got an A on the group quiz, so they equal out to like a C, right? Woo I’m passing!!! Man I feel like I’m in high school math all over again.
I don’t want to be an English major anymore. Every class is like pulling teeth. I have to present on a play that’s going to take me 3 days to read and I don’t even know where to start on my topic. Worst of all, I ask a question in this class, attempting to get some form of participation points (because I have nothing to add to most discussions) and she looked at me like I was stupid when I really didn’t understand. Three cheers for feeling stupid as hell and hating English a little more each day.
Finally, 20 more days until I find out about the art scholarship! I wish I could just be an art teacher. I start my teaching block in fall, not that I’m scared shitless or anything. Only one class that semester (an English class! *rolls eyes*) and the rest is hours in the classroom…. *topic change* Amy’s engaged officially! I have 2 tests next week and a presentation…and we’re only 1/3 of the way through the semester… I can’t wait for mid-terms! *dripping with sarcasm* aaaaaaaaand I wish I had a life.
