I need to start using an IM application to stay in touch with the team I am on.
It needs to work with Google's IM.

I've not really looked into any of this yet...just wondering if anyone might have a suggestion/opinion.

Monday: First day of new job and I have to tell the guy that hired me that he can't treat people (in this case his programmer) like that. Because he apparently moved up the code-complete date by a week so he could go on vacation.
