It was supposed to be a dry day with a high of 43, instead it sleeted all day & never got above 37. I went in the kitchen at 4:30 this afternoon to feed my cats & when I looked out the window I saw big black feral cat (henceforth bbfc) crouched by the bowl I've been putting food into the last couple of cold nights. Got the front yard raked & made some piles of straw over some huge palmetto leaves to give critters some warm places to hide out- Tonight the temp starts dropping & they're predicting sustained winds of 25-30 mph from tonight through Monday (gusts up to 40mph) & temps in the teens Sunday night & Monday night.
