An update!
There are two things that for whatever reason always make me want to write in my livejournal. These things are: hanging out with Moguls, and beautiful weather. I just saw the mogmeister in the library, and it is gorgeous out, so this should be an action packed update.
I had a fun weekend...it started off nicely because the weather was beautiful. We took Sean's computer (read: desktop) outside and watched Party of Five DVDs while lying on the grass...it was excellent.
Then, a bunch of us went to the movies. It started out that just Sean, Aloisia, Nathan, Erik and I were going...then, somehow, it was a group of 11 (Krystle, Dan, Chelsea, Moguls, Becky and Mark came!), which made it even more fun. I thought that Sin City was better than I had anticipated...I just wish I had read at least some of the comics since I may have liked it more if I knew a bit more about each character.
Afterwards, we went back to the D room, finished the Party of Five DVDs, ordered Chinese food and watched Heavyweights while we had a slumber party in the common room. It was hawt.
On Saturday I had to get up ridiculously early in the pouring rain to go to the Vanderbilt Mansion in Hyde Park so that I could write a paper about it. It wasn't quite as bad as I expected, however I was disappointed that I was soaking wet the whole time since I had to walk to Hoop in the midst of a downpour. Came back around noon, got brunch with the gang...then burrowed in the library for a few hours.
Saturday night Sean and I spent 3 hours in Barnes and Noble...I read two books from the Parenting section, then negated anything I had learned by reading Cosmo. It was such fun that we went back last night for about 90 minutes.
So far everything is great...I am looking forward to a lot of stuff, including a hot date with Dri & Keriann.
I am not looking forward to taking the LAST at 8am on Saturday morning (wish me luck). Once that's over, though, it's smoooooth sailing.
