Kara & Lee Video- Seasons of Love
Click to viewThis started out as a simple "what if Kara had told Sam and Lee told Dee the morning after?" video. Then I wanted a proposal scene between Starbuck and Apollo and, well, the video grew and grew to become a 9 minute video.
Plot:
Kara and Lee are together on the Pegasus when the Cylons attack NC, the fleet jumps away, Adama asks Kara to go back to NC to make contact with the resistance, Kara wants to go back to NC and fight, Lee is hesitant because he has his girl and doesn't want to risk losing Kara, Helo gets Kara to understand Lee's POV, Kara goes to NC, Lee stays with the fleet and thinks back to when they got engaged (btw: they are already married when Kara leaves), Kara returns, time passes and they are on the Algae planet and Kara is shot down, Kara is pregnant, Kara & Lee have a little girl, time passes and Kara finds the you-know-what, Kara is afraid of losing everything she has, Kara follows the raider into the you-know-what, Kara ejects from her viper but Lee doesn't see her because of the explosion, Lee doesn't take Kara's death well, Lee leaves the military and goes into politics, meanwhile Kara ends up on Earth alone and thinks of her family, in a viper a Colonial emergency locator signal is found, the signal leads the fleet to Earth, Kara is found. The end.
Note: This was supposed to be pure fluff but angst kept wanting to be in the video too so I had to let it be in a bit. However, I did give the video a happy ending. :pats self on back:
