2) Oh god, why can't people use email properly? If there has been a successful group email sent out for WEEKS (lets ignore the ONE PERSON who can't manage either their spam filter or their inbox) why do we need to redo it? LONGHAND? And why can't someone ELSE integrate it? Why why why?
2b) Then again these *are* the people who were very impressed when I used *right click" during a presentation so ...
