Lily's new pets
I'm way behind on chronicling my fish, so catching up with that will wait for another entry. But it will happen. Because fish deserve internet time too. What's pertinent for this little piece of picspam, is that I just got Lily her very own fish. She is now in charge of keeping tabs on three tiny goldfish (two fantails--one orange and one calico, and one black moor).
Like everything else, she excels at this new responsibilty too.
And for the record, like any youngster, her favorite part is feeding them. She insists on doing a taste test, every single time, to make sure their food isn't poisoned. If that isn't proof she was old enough for a pet of her own, I don't know what is. (And even though there have been fish in that tank before, she has been paying much more attention this time around. ;])
