I'm not sure if I'll be eating anything I haven't watched and inspected the making of ever again. And the ingredients. Especially them.
Gerry, my brother Dave, and I, decided to run to Taco Bell before sitting down and watching Memento tonight. Dave couldn't believe we hadn't seen it yet. (It was as good as everyone said.) At the evil Bell Dave just a got a pop, Gerry and I got some food, nachos, burrito, etc. About an hour laterI swear to god I thought I was going to die.
I got horrible stomach cramps, the, ah, sort of thing that follows horrible stomach cramps, and I nearly passed out about three times. My face turned completely white. Gerry and I had to keep playing musical chairs with the bathroom. At one point I was laying on the floor trying to stay conscious, while Gerry tried to decide whether or not to rush me to the emergency room.
As I'm laying on the floor, Lily starts pouncing on my hair and grabbing my head. I really wasn't in a position to stop her, and it wasn't an unpleasant distraction from the strangly blunt and blinding pain in my stomachy regions. Gerry shooed her away about the time I told him "omg I have to get to the bathroom again!" and he helped me get there. I'm only sharing this because when I sat down in the bathroom, one of Lily's toy mice fell off my head. I just had to wait for the color to come back to my face before I could laugh.
I called the store and told them what happened. After asking what meat we ate, the guy that answered started asking me exactly what we ordered, and then asked if I wanted to speak to a manager--I'm assuming he thought we wanted to have our meal replaced or something. Uhm, a multi-verse of no. I just told him they might want to look into it...
It's too bad I don't have any enemies right now. I could have bought them dinner.
Also, I just found the ladybug. I grabbed my camera to take a picture of Lily, and may have screamed slightly when I saw something on the camera move suddenly while it was right by my face. I don't have the heart to kick it off. I don't think it'll be seeing any more summers.
