As abbylee explains much better in this post, Livejournal has decided to change their gender options from female/male/unspecified [which was kinda shitty to begin with] to female/male only. A good way to make that NOT HAPPEN is to change the site's statistics -- if everyone change their gender to "unspecified", that will get their attention. So go edit you profile, people!

- I'm really happy Sanctuary was renewed for a third season -- of 20 episodes, no less! NICE GOING, AMANDA AND DAMIAN AND MARTIN. *loves* [I'm still having trouble accepting Ashley's death -- I don't really understand the narrative choice there. And I don't like Kate ONE TINY BIT, and the sad part is that that might never change because I think the actress SUCKS ASS. And I wish there were more Henry than Will, because Will boooooores me to tears omfg he's so completely useless I can't understand what the freaking hell Helen even sees in him. And last week there was Shanks and and I kept pointing and laughing at him instead of, you know, caring, but then he died [of course!], and it was a bit sad. BUT. This show has awesome character development, and THANK THE HEAVENS there's a woman in charge and no one is afraid of discussing feelings, and actions have consequences and shit happens and there's FALLOUT and TALKING ABOUT STUFFS and I'm so very grateful for that I'm willing to give both Kate and Will a couple more chances. So yay, season three! \o/ PS: MOAR TESLA PLIS!]
- Dear Whatever From High Atop the Thing. Please please please please PLEASE renew Being Erica for a third season. I'm extremely grateful for the awesomeness that was S2, and I would be a-okay with that last scene being the end, but I NEEDS MORE OMFG PLEASE. Please?
- So. It turns out my current favorite thing in the world ever is Bones. WHO WOULDA THUNK? But it warms my heart that this season is all about Booth being completely in love with Bones and I just LOVE IT that he's following Gordon Gordon's advice and he's being patient and he's hoping, and every week you can see that he's accepted a bit more that this is it for him -- and he's now just waiting for Bones to catch up already, woman! Plus, last week there was undressing and it was one of the sexiest scenes I've ever seen and if I could please redirect your attention to hellopoe's picspam, you'll be extremely glad, I PROMISE.
- Legend of the Seeker: dudes. There was actually massive amounts of blood in the last episode! WHOA. It's been bugging me for ages, you know, the way Richard and Kahlan cut everyone up and not a single drop of blood falls... and then they go there and make with the bloody sword and bloody Richard and it was freaking great. I've mentioned it before, but I'm loving how DARK this season is, and how crazy the episodes are getting lately. Also, I'm happy that I'm not finding Cara annoying anymore -- on the contrary, even! Yayness.
- Everyone's gonna laugh pretty hard at me now, but you know what I miss tons? Crusoe. There, I said it. [#prontofalei is so much better in these cases. My language >>> your language.]
- Finally, I'm sure most people have seen this already, but it bears re-linking: Sheldon/Penny picspam of awesomeness [dial-uppers, beware the massive amount of images!].

Website duties only], I'm done with my Christmas shopping, and I can has Avatar tickets for Thursday evening [eight ball points to HATE, but who knows?], but other than that I still have to figure out a) when I'm going home for Christmas, b) how long I'm gonna stay there, and c) what the hell I'm gonna do for New Years.
