This post has been in the making for the last five days. I've been having issues finishing thoughts lately. BLAMING IT ON TWITTER.
Anyway. Thoughts on the FOX upfronts:
. FOX has officially canceled Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. GODFUCKINGDAMMIT I HATE EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW. The Washington Post has a Dollhouse-related article that pretty much confirms my previous speculations. Sometimes I REALLY HATE being right. :(
. On that note, I currently HATE Dollhouse and pretty much wish everyone related to it to go DIAF.

I watched the leaked Glee pilot a couple of times last week and really REALLY enjoyed it. I've never seen anything HSM-related, so I can't compare, but my flist and friendsfriends say this is what HSM would be had it known the meaning of the word "sarcasm"? HEE. Well, I wouldn't expect anything less from the dude who created Popular. [Though I hear the episode has been re-worked for tomorrow's premiere? Anyone knows if it's just a cut down to 42-45 minutes, or did actual re-shooting happen?]
One thing that I'm gonna have to work on is trying to overcome my enormous dislike of Jayma Mays. 'Cause I do like her character, but... she looks like a psycho killer omfg so creepy! Ack.

I got all caught up with The Mentalist between Friday and Saturday, because my current crush on Owain Yeoman is ridiculous [thanks a lot for killing my brain, Generation Kill!] and I wanted an excuse to oogle him.
Non-spoilery reaction: I CAN'T STAND PATRICK JANE [though I admit that 99% of it comes from my seething hatred of Simon Baker]. I still haven't decided if Lisbon is frigid or virgin. I usually like Robin Tunney, but it bugs me A LOT that the writing makes Lisbon either stupid or incompetent so that Jane can do his shit.
I do love the ducklings A LOT. Cho >>> everyone, the end; Rigsby is omfg so adorable; and Rigsby/Grace is pretty much all of my 'shipping kinks bundled into a single couple so. OTP!

Random finales-of-the-past-week thoughts:
. The Big Bang Theory: WHYYYY are they going back to Leonard/Penny again?! GAH. And it's not even that I care about 'shipping on this show, it's just that whenever Leonard goes into his I-love-Penny mode he turns into DAWSON LEERY and then I want to kill him. Also, Leonard/Penny makes me hate Penny and I don't wanna hate her 'cause I love her. Again: GAAAH.
. Fringe: I wish I had written it anywhere online that I guessed it that Peter came from another reality, ever since the first time Walter mentioned he was a sick child. But I didn't so I can't prove it, woe is me. Still. CALLED IT.
Also: the past two episode have been a lot better than the entire rest of the season. Though I'm pretty sure that is because of all the ridiculous Star Trek references, from the geek dude being sure he's Spock [omfg Peter is a trekkie!] to stuff being extra hi-larious if you were spoiled for William Bell = Nimoy.
Still: I could have done without Nimoy being back-lighted so that his ears would glow red in the shadow the first time he showed up. That was EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS, JJ ABRAMS. [I have no opinion on the alternate 'verse with Kennedy and the WTC. If it were for shock value, it didn't shock me at all, so. *shrugs*]
. Bones: THAT WAS THE WORST EPISODE **OF ANYTHING** I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AND I WISH I COULD SCRUB MY BRAIN WITH ACID TO GET RID OF IT OMFG SO MUCH HATE HATE HATE HAAAAATE FOR THIS CRAP. Fuck.
. CSI: NY: So the finale was pretty intense even though I was spoiled and knew Angell was the one to kick it, and that very last scene was OMFGWTFPOLARBEAR?! did someone else die? AAACK. But truth is, Mac & Stella on a Greek Holiday will forever be my very favoritest most adored CSI:NY episode in the world ever OH MY GOD THAT WAS BRILLIANT! Aaaaaah!
. Supernatural: PRE.DICT.ABLE. \pre-'dik-tə-bəl\ adjective. Is said of that which is foretold on the basis of observation, experience, or scientific reason. Also: INCREDIBLY BORING. Also also: INCREDIBLY SEXIST OMFG SO MUCH HATE FOR THEIR TREATMENT OF WOMEN.
Also also also, last night I dreamed I had made Jensen Ackles disappear [really, I put a hit on him that ended up in the dude being sent to the Witness Protection Program and because he's famous and shit they had to send him to one of those teeny tiny countries in the Asian Pacific!] and the show had been canceled because of it. I was VERY SAD when I woke up and realized it was just a dream.

In other news, my Trek-acquiring is going well: 13 seasons down, 15 to go.
In final news, Star Trek '09 is still awesomer than everything else in the world right now. TRUFAX.
