Lucy were here for the weekend, and we marathoned all of Veronica Mars. Tati and Lucy are all caught up and completely hooked. YAY!
[also love it that another 2 people in my flist who weren't watching VM before now are. Eeee!]
And we've witnessed the fastest case of celebrity crush EVER happening. Seriously. Tati was watching the credits in the Pilot [which you guys know has no teaser -- the episode beings straight with the credits] and she took one look at the 2-second shot of Jason Dohring and was all like, "WHOA. WHO IS HE? I LOVE HIM!".
Which, considering how much Tati loves a certain other Scientologist *cough*Cruise*cough*, makes perfect sense. *g*
Also? Singing along with We Used to Be Friends every single time the credits came up? It never gets old.
Hey, Clara? The Veronica = Spike post I told you about. It's brilliant, I'm telling you.
Sigh. Now I'm just sad the weekend's over, because we had SO MUCH FUN.

. Veronica really can't be labeled as "a good girl". Before the murder? Sure. She was a true innocent all out good girl. But now? Her sense of morality is as ambiguous as it can be, no matter how justifiable are her actions. I understand the narrative use of "the end justifies the means", and it's not like I wish comeuppance on her. Just writing down observations. Out of all characters in this show, Veronica is probably the one with most shades of grey. The circumstances toughened her up so much that she sometimes loses sight of doing what's right for the sake of it. Instead, she gets even. And this is probably why I love her so damn much. *g*
. The more I think about it, the more I love Duncan. And I'm convinced that Teddy Dunn is not a bad actor at all. He's just playing numb-on-pills!Duncan to the max.
. I really really REALLY hate Leo. I find him slimey and icky and EWWWW. Also? The way he talks makes me absolutely completely NUTS and I wish someone would cut his vocal chords and make him mute just so he would STOP TALKING LIKE THAT OMG ARRRGH. Ahem.
. I also can't stand Lianne. I think she's an awful person. Weak, coward, irresponsible.
. There's a tiny moment in An Echolls Family Christmas when Logan is on the phone with Connor, that Logan says Veronica is "a friend" and they look at each other and dudes. I can swear "a long time ago" is written in both Logan and Veronica's faces.
. The prettiest guy on this show is Michael Muhney. Oh yes.
. I also kinda don't want Jake to be the killer because I think Kyle Secor is very pretty. /shallow
. My favorite episodes are Return of the Kane and Clash of the Tritons.
. Someone on continuity screwed up big time because Celeste's hair length keep changing from one flashback to the other. I understand some of the flashbacks in Kanes and Abel's are all in Veronica's mind, but we're assuming the one in which Keith found out about the laundry is the real thing, right? Well, she had short hair in that one.
