day two

so our luggage arrived midday and everything was intact. we had food in the hotel restaurant which was pretty good and i think we're all crushing on the bartender/server there, kelly. after that, we drove out to boulder. for some reason, our rental car's gas gauge does not seem to be working properly. we drove at least 50 miles yesterday there and back and it still reads full. boulder is awesome. about five miles out we came over a hill on the highway and were hit with a ridiculously gorgeous view of the mountains. we spent our time in boulder on pearl street which is, for a good ways, closed off to car traffic. we hit a bar called the lazy dog which had a roof deck. such a beautiful day. and there must be something in the water out here because per capita, the women in boulder are just smoking hot. i should have brought a big net. we came back and decided to play it cheap so we indulged in some psychadelics, took a long walk and laughed at eachother til about 3:30. good night.

tonight we're going to hit lodo and 16th street for the drinking. the adventure continues. :)
