How is it that one Honda dealership can say "Yes, that is a known problem with the 2003 Civic's. It will cost you $130 to have it fixed." and the other dealership says "We are unaware of that being a known problem. We'll charge you $125 just to investigate what is wrong and then let you know how much more we'll need to charge you once we've dissassembled your vehicle."
