HOLY CRAP!!! NEW LAYOUT!!! (because I have no life...)
Yeah, so yesterday marked one month until moving in at UVM! Craaaaazzzzzy.
Also, I hung out with awesome kids yesterday (you know who you are, haha), which was fun...except we had nowhere to go. Which means next time we want to party it up ummm...Awesome-style, we need to plan it a lot better. I just suck at planning...
I ordered my laptop today! It's a 12" powerbook with superdrive! Sweeeeeeet.
And I spent my Container Store gift certificate.
Oh. And I finished Harry Potter last night. I want 7 to come out...bahhhhhh.
AND I BOUGHT SIN CITY TODAY!!! The comic I mean, the first one. From The Book Rack!!! And they don't even sell graphic novels usually...I was excited.
This is a good story dammit...READ IT.
My dog's really amazingly dumb. We were away for the weekend, so she went to the kennel. And right before you go to pick the dog up, they give the dog a bath.
So Nikita smelled like perfume, which she definately didn't like. So, of course, when we put her outside, she rolled all over a dead animal, and it got all over her fur. She reeked. It was quite possibly the most disgusting thing she has ever done. And it wouldn't come off.
So my mom was like, "I know! I'll let her swim in the pond, and then she won't smell perfumey, so she won't roll in something else, but it will come off her fur." Which normally would have been a brilliant idea.
30 minutes after she brought the dog back from the pond, she put the dog outside. And 30 minutes after that, my dog picked up a baby skunk in her mouth and got sprayed.
Just--WOW.
Yes, my dog's stupidity is tremendously amusing.
