Housing Update
Closing is being moved to the 6th since my hubby will be gone on the 7th. We should be moving in on the 8th and 9th. Still waiting on the bank to send us the canceled checks we asked for almost 2 weeks ago. Navy took my hubby away for about 3 days, so I'm having to deal with the bank. The Halloween party will be the first party in the new house so I'm excited about that, but I'm not excited that the love of my life may not be able to attend due to the boat schedule. Thankfully, mom and dad are watching the little one Thursday-Sunday the weekend right before Halloween so I won't have to worry about who's going to take care of her if I drink. She was invited to spend the 8th and 9th with her "aunt" but she chose to stay here and help us move... my child actually likes housework, it's kinda scary! This will be the third move she has been able to help with so she already knows what her jobs are on moving day.... she has to pack up her room and then unpack it at the new house and help with other odds and ends. I'm really looking forward to closing so we can be done with the paperwork and phonecalls. While the little one and I are alone for a few days I'm going to be packing up all the breakables we have boxes for that we aren't going to need until we get into the new house... need to start doing that before the end of the day. I have to clean house aswell.. been in a slack mood lately so I haven't done much housework the past week. Better close for now and get my butt in gear!
