evil breaks 6yr at dna was a lot of fun and a bit of a throwback - when i first moved up here, eb parties were basically all vieve and i went to, and a lot of them were at dna. i haven't been to either in at least a year now.
fine cut bodies played an interesting set. i'd heard that acid was making a bit of a comeback, but there was the evidence. he mixed it up with a lot of other sounds though so it didn't get to me too much, and there were some great beats in there.
carbon community, i don't know why they keep bringing him out, and in a headline main room slot! blaaah. checked out some of bam's set upstairs instead which was suitably rocking. left/right finished it out for me, also good (get a mix or two of his here).
best track of the night was dropped by fcb, so much so i had to go ask him who it was. i present the presets - anywhere. mmmmmm, <3. now, queue the usual "omg, i've known these guys forever" - the presets - down down down, remember when this was on the radio? and the presets - i go hard i go home from some random mix i've been listening to for a year or two now, and another, the presets - this boy's in love (lifelike remix) (which also makes another randomly awesome remix by lifelike - must pursue). looks like they're not always super-abrasive: the presets - absolut kravitz, the presets - aeons...
